Counseling Services

The Counseling service provides support services that promote the personal, social, and academic success of NTU students.

Within the Counseling office, students may seek help from: Counseling & Referral Services, Substance Abuse Intervention & Prevention education, and Traditional Care Services.

The Counseling Center offers free and confidential consultations and referrals. Consultations services are available to students’ parents and family members.

Services We Offer:

  • 24/7 NTU Campus Crisis Line.
  • Screening & Testing for a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and D.V. screening.
  • Chemical Dependency services such as Alcohol & Drug Education, referrals and follow-up care.
  • Trainings, Prevention and Intervention activities to promote a healthy, responsible lifestyle on campus.
  • Referrals to outside agencies.
  • Referrals to campus Traditional care provider.
